New server Idea

Hello guys, I have a server, but I really do not want factions anymore. What I want a server full of experienced players of Minecraft. What I would like to do is make it just building, but when I say building I mean the best of the best builders. This would mean that all of your work would be protected from the general public and of course, you would get creative, Please tell me if you like this idea!
