New Server Idea Plugin Based

Hello Planet Minecraft,
Today i would like to get your opinion on a server based around a plugin. Its a call of duty plugin the plugin is about 60% completed just wanted to see what your guys think about it and if you would play on it. We will be making a custom texture pack. We will have different guns like Snipers,Automatics,Shotguns,Pistols,Grenades. It will have a place you can upgrade your guns to better ones or upgrade your current gun. Will have Ranks and you will level up automatic and stuff. So i wanted to see your guns opinion and I will Need some builders for the spawn and stuff (note: builders get preview of the plugin)
