New Server Looking for Developer - 5 GB - Potential

Hello everyone. I am creating a new server. It currently has 5.3 GB RAM. I would like a server developer to help me with custom plugins, however. I cannot at this time pay you but you will receive 40% of any donations. The server will be Hybrid, including Survival, Pure Vanilla, and a type of RPG.
