New server looking for a small community (10-20 people)

Hey I own a pretty small survival server, and it would be nice if I could get some people who like playing normal minecraft on it. The IP is quantumcraftmc.com and the website is QuantumCraft-mc.com. I don't know if it should be whitelisted or not so could I get some of your opinions down in the comments? Thanks! See you on the server!
