New Server Need Dev and Builders, Staff!

Hi Peeps,
I am running a new server its 24/7 and it will be my YT server when I get more subs and I run it on HostHorde and Dev will get full access to the console and adding Plugins and I need staff to help run the server and we need builders to build the spawn so yea good luck! I will give you the IP and whitelist you once been accepted. Also if you have any ideas for a server name

How much time can you spend on the server? alot. 5-10 hours almost every day(if i want to).
Why do you want want to be a dev on my server?I want to be dev cause i have been dev before and i love to help servers with plugins and stuff like that.
What would you like to do on the Team? I would like to add/fix plugins and make for exapmle minigames work like they should.
What experience do you have? I have been dev and admin on other servers and Made thing work there so everything worked like it should. I have my own server(not public) where i practise and test plugins and stuff and i have like 3-4 years of experience.
