New Server : Need developer or someome experienced

Hello I'm starting a new server and I'm looking for some assistance with the development of the server so configuring ranks and things around that general area!
If you feel like you can do this job with dedication and no negative attitude towards thing which don't go right. I don't want any stupid behavior I'm looking for mature people to get this done. The server ill be in development for a few weeks depending on what we get done and how fast it is completed. The server won't be released one day after development but alot of time will be put in.

The server will be a factions non-op server where everyone is not overpowered unless bought or earned though playing the game. A server website will be created and a buycraft. I will personally be taking care of the graphics for the server and external features. Many things have been decided but it's up to you to get the plugins configured to the correct way for this server to be successful. Best of luck applying! ~Thomas
