New Server: In Need of Devs and Builders
Hello, all! Me and a friend have recently decided that we would like to try our hand a Minecraft server network. We've attempted this task before but this time around we are determine to be successful. Much of the details have not been decided at the moment, but we look to you, the Minecraft community, for help. We are in need of plugin developers/coders and builders. A temporary service will result in a future rank on the server, while a dedicated position may result in some other form of payment. Please respond and forward this message to anyone you may think will be interested. We know how hard it is to make a successful Minecraft server, but will persevere in our endeavor.

Before reading my application I would like to let you know that I do not like doing builds for people or servers that look down upon builders or view them as lowest of ranks as without builds the server would not be a thing. I've built for many servers before where builders were looked down upon or seen as slaves or as if they were being used just for builds and their rank had no importance to the server. I do not think anyone or any server deserves amazing builds if they are going to be disrespectful or look down upon builders as IN MY OPINION builders and all staff should be equal and respected. Like I said there wouldn't be a server without builds.
