Me and my friend just bought a new server a couple of days ago and we need help on building the spawn, villages, and ETC. i need someone that is 12 or older, respectable, and a Non-Griefer. PM me the following

Hi there,
I'm 13 years old. I've hosted many successful servers in the past so I have a lot of experience with that. I'm a pretty good builder but that's not my strengths. I am able to setup all of your plugins, find exploits and fix them. I know which plugins are useful and which ones are a total time-waster. And if it's needed, I can even code custom plugins for your server. If you need it, I can code the website too (if you want one).

See, using standard deviation models won't work with the 9/10 building rating and etc, because I think the more modest people would make for better server staff... except the guy who posted his Minecraft resume; he's probably quality staff.
