New server in need of a plugin expert

Hi i am trying to set up a new server (Currently own 1) but we are trying to add some good plugins to it, but we are finding many problems with it. So the reason for this post is that we are looking for someone who is good with all plugins or can get them to work with little trouble. We hope anyone apply is able to start asap and can give a short list of plugins that you know how to use thank you for your time.

Have you ever been banned? What for? Yes, I recently got banned but, it was not my fault... I don't feel like going into the grim details.
What are your specialities? I'm good at building, making banners, advertising for server, and most of all helping with plugins.
