Objective:
One of the most hardest objectives on a server today is being able to find plugins that suite you and the server you are trying to create. This is the problem I'm having right now. I am looking for a Plugins Developer that can demonstrate the knowledge and expertise that is required in any successful server. The Plugins Developer needs to be able to make plugins based on the needs of the managers, owners, and the demand of the player. In addition, the Plugins Developer should be fluent in creating plugins and programming the necessary commands and info into the .jar file to have a working plugin and happy server. However, the question that goes through everyone's mind is why? Why should I choose this server and help these people? The answer to that is, haven't you ever wanted to be apart of one of the servers that actually become successful and not one of those other servers that are not successful but convey the thought that they are when they cant even host a simple vanilla server. If you apply and get accepted as one of our Plugin Developers you will be in a diverse society of dedicated staff members and a Team that are willing to build this server from the ground up.
Now less about what I want and more about what you get:
If you get accepted into this server and become a Plugins Developer you will not only get the following items but more to be added at your demand if necessary to the situation.
1) A Private Hosted Server for you to test your plugins on. (Connected to our main network (BungeeCord)) - You will be able to RDP into the server and upload and download what ever you want with unlimited bandwidth speeds.
2) Any Server that you need Access to you will be able to. (Under supervision)
3) And Anything Else You will need to make the Plugin. Whether it would be to get the plugin to wo rk on the other servers or to simply to double check that it works. (Under agreement with the server owner (me) and the other managers.)
If you decide that you would like to apply to this server I would greatly appreciate for you to fill out the following application and submit it. The Managers and I (the Owner) will look over them and hopefully choose a Plugins Developer. (By the date Sunday, October 18th, 2015 - Mountain Time US and Canada.)
