New Server Needs Staff
Hello, everyone!
I am looking for some able staff members to help me start up a new iteration of my server. I have a server going right now, but I am not satisfied with any of it. The Admins are unsatisfactory, there are no builders and NO ONE sticks to what they say they will.
So, I thought I would advertise for more staff. This time I am going to make the age limit 18, except builders. Server builders can be 15. Sorry, young'uns, but I pay for my server with my hard earned money, and i want it to be as awesome as it can be.
I am looking for people who can: Build for the server, manage plug-ins for the server, manage RP for the server (Yes, we are a role-playing server), advertise for the server and I will need a Head Admin to help manage things with me. The Head Admin will need to know about plug-ins, be willing and able (if not AWESOME) to role-play and, most of all, be mature. I am a US Soldier, and 28, so I am not a kid looking for people to join and then the server will die. My server has been up for well over a year, now, but I have kept it small. We won't be actually advertising for players until we get everything hashed out.
Staff will either need to be willing to have 2 accounts or NOT be an actual (RP) player. They can't have cities, hold positions or anything. I, myself, have two accounts for this reason. The server does, also, have a second account that can be awarded to a staff member who really wants to play as a player and be admin, but can't afford an account.
Also: PATIENCE IS A MUST!!!! Like I said, I'm a US Soldier. Shit happens. Staff will NEED to download Mumble and log into our server (Can be found at http://chbey.enjin.com) as staff will be communicating via voice. it also helps with age verification.
Lastly, I will hit another main point, again: My server is not going anywhere. I am a 28 year old, not a random kid. I have a lot of experience with my server, so I won't need my staff to do everything for me. I also have no qualms firing staff who are solely self-serving.

Actually, I have thought about it, and 15 is the age limit for Builders, if you are interested in that position, and 15+.
