Hey guys, my name is Connor and I have a lot of experience staffing on other Servers. I have owned 2 servers of My Own ( BurstCraft and DripCraft) one of which is presently running. I Know a MAJOR amount of useful, fun, essential, and plain awesome plugins. I know that a large portion of players on my server currently running enjoy me as an owner and they know that I take suggestions. Being an operator, I know how hard getting to the bottom of a story is but I also find it a challenge, and I have been a part a lot of communities, thus I have matured and learned a lot from them. I understand what punishments should be distributed based on the offense. I showed the qualities required to be a helper on other servers (not directly but as an admin, mod, and owner) . I have watched players come and go and I, most certainly, will work my heart out to keep players on the server.I love to help out servers new or old! In addition, making sure work is getting done is my craft, and I possess many skills that help me achieve these goals. My forte is Staff/Server management, but I am also a fair builder, I know a good amount of about permissions(Semi coder), I can set up enjin sites (maybe even a non enjin?) very well, and I am very adept at solving problems between players. I assure you that if you accept me, you will not be let down. I am currently owning a server that has around 15 dedicated players. To add to the experience, I have been an administrator on 2 servers, one being play.corbacraft.com and another being mc.thel33t.com. My heart was broken when the "l33t" lost its community. In addition, my moderation experience (moderator) is another aspect of my minecraft "career" that I believe you and your team should look at in my application, for I have been, and still am on some that are still up, a staff position ranging from the simplest of helpers to the authenticity of admin and moderator. In my mind patrolling a server and making sure everyone is doing what they are asked, and having fun, is joyous in its own way!

Have you been staff on other servers: (Only for staff) I have been staff on a few of my friends server and I had a admin position on QrzzyCraft, a 30 slot public server hosted by CreeperHost in the UK. It was successful and had alot of players per day, but I didn't like the way the owners were treating the problems (letting the the staff members do all the work and then having them take all the credit) and I didn't like the fact that the chose the worst staff members possible, almost of all of them corrupt. I was also a Mod on RaidCraft, a small 15 slot which usually had 9 users on avg. and 1-2 staff on at one time. It was a fun community but was shut down do to lake of time and lack of good staff (most of them were leaving because they wanted to become staff on a bigger server and they couldn't picture the server growing)

Dude I wasn't even going to accept you for helper. You Don't Have To Capitalize Every Letter That Starts A Word. And after I see this "note", I totally didn't want you on my server. That is so ignorant, and you should never be a leader for anything. My moderators need to accept their job. I want to be a staff so that I can do the same job that the other staff helped me to do when I first joined and help the people that are new to the server. On other server I have answered other people questions such as, I answered most of his questions about the sever but some of the questions only admins would now such as ' what perms do staff have' I told him you'll have to ask an admin. I also want to be staff as I can spot bugs and glitches out with the server and report them to the owner as soon as possible so that no one exploits them (so it doesn't destroy the server). I do not swear or cuss, and never use caps to talk to anyone in chat as I'm a respectful and trusted person to help other people in the sever. I have been co-owner of the server ChockeyGamerz prison server but it's closed down for construction, which I'm slowly building over time. I have helped find glitches on this map and reported it to the owner (Sheeprgrate) such as the glitch with the tokens when voting and bugs that I have found with the maps such as getting out of the map at the parkour, at spawn.

Also I can help you with the plugins so I help find the best plugins for the server which people offer or I can find for the server to make it better. Also as I said on my admin or mod application I said that I would be on from 11pm to 6pm but, I've been on longer hours than that, this means that I can help all the people that come on to the server when no one else is on. Also there have not been many staff on the server for some time, and I've been on the server helping people, as staff haven't been on many times so if I got Co-Owner I will stop on longer which will help people that come on in the so I know what I would be doing around the server.
