Hello everyone my name is c00lrthnu and I am currently going to be creating a server. I have 3 years of experience with this game, being Admin, Helper, Moderator, Operator, Staff, anything, you name it.
I have figured out when it comes to being someone who runs or creates a server what I would call a near perfect design for creating the most effective server possible.
I am currently in the process of making my own small (at the start) server, with 20~ slots currently with a maximum growth of infinity. But to do so I need STAFF - Yes, you heard me, you heard me say the dreaded word of they who shall not be named, used only when trying to get more players on. But I do, I do legitametly
Currently, I am only looking for 2 Co-Owners, and 2 Jr. Moderators. I require substantial evidence to be Co-Owner, and I would love to see some experience for Moderator, this is not required but if you do have experience, provide me with evidence to further improve your results.
I am now in the process of collecting the required funds to run the server for 2 months. if you would like to make a donation towards the server - message me, it will not guarantee any position, but you will be held in higher regard.
This server will be hosted by MCProHosting and I will be using the Coal package, we will update to the Gold package once we have a substantial amount of donations and a progressive flow of money. I will be reducing the amount of players to 20 for better handling of lag and the server will be Faction and Creative only.
There will be a time when I need a certain amount of help with setting the server up, to do so I would like the assistance of a Dev or two to help alleviate any issues I have by outsourcing them to people who have a better knowledge than I.
I will not be limiting the staff to this many but I have learned from experience that you do not need 800 staff per 1 player. I do not understand why servers that are just starting out require more staff than actual normal players. Being that as it may I will be taking any application made here and taking it into future consideration if not accepted immediately, possible for a beginner staff position and working your way up.

If you are older than me, I pity your English teacher. And think of the way you type as a way to portray yourself to others. You have sloppy grammar and spelling on a resume for a real job, you will not be accepted. Think of this as a resume for a job over the internet. Learn to take sarcasm by the way, it's a very useful skill.

'some' experience with plugins. Second I will contribute a considerate amount of time to your server (if I become staff). Thirdly I do well in tough situations. Or just lighten up the situation, so it's less tense. I know, if I become staff on your server I can make it a more safe, enjoyable, and fun environment.

As much as I appreciate the lacking effort, you made this with minimal effort and you did not even attempt to create a decent application. I am looking for the best, not the people who just want the power of commands. You have no evidence overall and I highly, HIGHLY, doubt you have been OP'd on 14 servers. This amount of effort on a application shows that you have little to none experience. Make a better, more backed up application, and I will reconsider.
Firstly of all I am not very good at making my own applications but if you can please make a application I can do that would be great. Add my skype humme7. I am very experienced but this is not a application.
I need no further information. If you have ever been staff before you would know the basics to applying, experience, knowledge, proof, etc. If you legitimately do not have any experience with making an application then that sucks for you, you learned nothing with any experiences you've had. I've been at this game for far too long so try this elsewhere.

I am a nice person, well my girlfriend says that anyways, and maybe some friends. I currently am A strait A student never had failed a grade or have gotten held back. I have a youtube channel based off of pokemon. It has 30-40k subs.
Anything else?: I currently go to school then my job every day. That gives me 5 free hours a day, then 14 on the weekend.
