Well plump, a lot of people are complaining because you apparently want more power than the hoster. But if you think about it, the moment they start hosting for you they have all the server files. So if they decided to remove the middle man, aka you, then all they have to do is change the IP and keep hosting as full owner.
What I recommend is giving them equal amounts of power. Because they are maintaining the server just as much as yourself. And all the decisions shouldnt be yours (like approving staff, making all the rules, and etc). It should be 50/50 on everything, even picking staff / deciding the server spawn.

Why would you have to change IP? Just ban him.
But if for example, I, host the server, its technically mine.
yes but i do everything on the server to set it up and keep it running. its much less work for you.
But I would have to get money to pay for the server, and to get money you need to work.
you get 50% of the donations from the server, so youll get your money back and earn more.

I love how we only get co-owner if we host the server. And only can promote one person to mod.
no the person can promote more staff but they have to be approved by me from an application first. and later when i trust them alot, the person can promote whenever he/she thinks we need more staff
