New server Staff Needed!
I’ve finally decided to grind down and make a, hopefully, successful server. In order for a server to be successful I need a team of dedicated, well-experienced people to help manage the server.
The Idea:
I have not yet come up with a final idea for the direction of the server, apart from the fact it will be survival, perhaps it will branch out into multiple servers of different categories in the future but for now it will be survival. I have had several ideas so far but I wanted to get staff and throw ideas at each other first because I believe that the whole staff should get an equal say.
General:
Skype will be necessary for communication between staff. This will only be for the Skype chat not for video or voice chat, unless you want to of course.
The server will not be rushed into; it will take time and will be done when it’s done. I doubt it will be too long but don’t expect this to be done so quickly.

Bans: Ive been banned twice and im not sure why, the owner said i was using creative when my friend used world edit to help me, and the second time i woke up and tried to log on, i was banned. I may of been banned another time but im not sure.
