Nolagg - bukkit problems

I wanna use the nolagg plugin for minecraft 1.1 bukkit server, but when I install the plugin the world does not load.
I dont know what I am doing wrong, maybe I havnt got the latest bukkit download? (if I dont where can I get it)
Am I doing something wrong with installing the plugin, please help, someone
