Northsnetwork Admin/Developer Needed!

I'm looking for a new admin to help out with my server, i have Two main admin Pringlees and Axdad, but sometimes they are a bit busy and I need someone who is just as dedicated to my server as i am, I am willing to help you out if you help me out.My server is pretty well set up i just need someone who i can trust to upgrade my plugins and help do little things that the players want/need. I am honestly looking for a very trustworthy person, I have gone through 2 developers that i have trusted fully with everything and in the end i got the crappy end when they left. They left and would mess up plugins or ban me. So i want someone i can trust. I have faith in someone out there that will want what i want for my server.
