Custom Voting Plugin.

Suggested name: HybridTokens

What I want: Hello, I want a token plugin for my server.

What the plugin must have:
- Need to support color.
- Make a config to edit the text that get sent to players when they type in a command.
- The shop have to be a small chest that that opens with a command.
Example for shop: gyazo.com/13360d43c5d1171662fa4c1ddb632bd4
- A shop config so I can add and remove items to the shop.
- Config for what you can enchant.

How to earn tokens:
You can get tokens from voting.

Ideas for commands:
- /htokens - Shows a list of commands
- /hbal/balance - Shows how many tokens you have.
- /hshop - Opens a small chest where you can click on the items you want to buy.
- /hgive - gives a player tokens.(Used this command to give tokens after voting)
-/hreload - that way i don't have to restart server every time a change is made.

Ideas for permissions:
- hybridtokens.htokens
- hybridtokens.balance
- hybridtokens.give
- hybridtokens.shop
- hybridtokens.reload
