Offering Services as a Builder/Server member

Hello! I am offering my services as a builder to a certain kind of server.
Before I get into my requirements, let me tell you what I am:

I am in the US time zone Pacific, and my schedule is erratic, though if your server is good and I enjoy what I do I will definitely make the time to play.

I have served as builder and senior builder for a small handful of servers.

I have experience with WorldEdit and am very comfortable using it.

I have experience building:

Cities
Castles
Starships
Houses
and more. The only area I haven't really experimented much in is perhaps pixel art.



My Strong themes:
Urban (Modern)
Urban (Early 1900's)
Medieval
Sci-Fi
Interior design

Though I am certainly flexible in terms of building projects, I would prefer the chance to be tasked with building a city, especially large, important, government buildings. However, I will gladly take on the responsibility of other non-city tasks.

Now, what I do ask of your server:
I'm going to need creative and WorldEdit, at a minimum.

Your server can be small, that's okay. (I define small as ~10 people on a busy day)

There has to be a community. Sorry, there are already 1000 servers where I can go, plop down and find an empty plot, build, and never interact with another human being.

I don't like plots, because you can't interact with your neighbors since they're usually never there, and thus they don't encourage community.

On the opposite side, I don't want a server with 800 people in it. Sorry, I won't make friendships. A good max would probably be 40 people during peak hours. I'm flexible on this.

You can have a survival world, but a survival server is not for me. They're great with their community and all, but I came to minecraft to build, and to build big. If there is a survival only server you want me to join, you *MUST* give me creative and WorldEdit, permanently. Again, I can find 1000 servers where I can be a normal survival person.

In essence, I ask for a server with a community that can give me a permanent creative, and allow me to build the cities I want (though I am flexible on what I build).

Yes, I am asking for a lot. I may even be asking for special privileges. I am 100% willing to do whatever build test/competency test/maturity test you think is necessary. So please don't tell me I am picky or I need to do X or do Y.
