I have been staff on a few of my friends server and I had a admin position I have been staff on a few of my friends server and I had a admin position on NameYourServerHereCraft, a 30 slot public server hosted by CreeperHost in the UK. It was successful and had alot of players per day, but I didn't like the way the owners were treating the problems (letting the the staff members do all the work and then having them take all the credit) and I didn't like the fact that the chose the worst staff members possible, almost of all of them corrupt. I was also a Mod on ExampleCraft, a small 15 slot which usually had 9 users on avg. and 1-2 staff on at one time. It was a fun community but was shut down do to lake of time and lack of good staff (most of them were leaving because they wanted to become staff on a bigger server and they couldn't picture the server growing)

6+ hours a day. Currently work a part time job where I will work three four hour shifts a week. Outside of those hours I am free all day everyday over the summer

I worked on a Kit PVP server for over a year, during this time I was almost always focused on catching hackers and spent most of my time on the server observing players. During my time on the server I developed an undertstand of pvp hacks, how the look, all the differnt types and how to spot them, I am very experenced in this area.
I am also a very experenced builder and have worked on many major servers in the past including the ElyssiaMc and Wynncraft Build teams. I would also say that Im good with the community, I would alswyas say that I am one to understand the community and how it works and flucitates, I think this is a key skill ofr a moderator as I have seen so many good servers been brought down with staff that dont understand there own playerbase

Yes, I have great teamworking skills. Outside of minecraft I play in my local rugby team where the entire game is about working as a team, I am also in my local scout group where we focus on building our teamworking skills for competitions

What are you experienced in? - I am experienced being: Administrator of a Prison Server, Moderator on factions and different types of servers, and Builder on servers but I am more of a moderator/administrator guy. I was a moderator at EldarGuard. I helped keep the pace of the server and
keeping it moderated without abusing my position. What I was on Windlex
was a server builder, so that goes to show that I could build to. I've had
position on several servers before, some were shut down, some are still
open and unfortunately, I forgot some of its names.
Are you able to work around others? - Yes, I believe that if you and the team have this certain type of coordination then it will affect the whole server positively. If you don't see any of these and the team are just abusing their roles and not looking for a serious moderation in the server then it will not be a good thing for the community since keeping the community in pace with the team is one of the many keys to keep the server alive.

community more enjoyable, including the servers I have a position on. I
personally think that Minecraft Servers are failing or getting closed is because
of the the players. Why the players? Players include people with positions.
Players because sometimes the people with power get abusive, and when
some new player gets in a new server, he or she does not feel like it's a good
server or a fun server to play, even with the servers great features. So, by
wanting to try to be recruited to Battle Rage Factions, I will make sure that each
of your players will be able to enjoy every bit of the servers features. I also
expect that there will be law breakers, I don't abuse the sanctions to abusive
players. I follow the rules for sanction and don't go beyond it. I also listen to
fellow comrades and always there to keep the positivity all throughout the
server.

I always take the time to look at my calendar on my phone and check for any schedules.
