Nope. I dont think you have made the server correctly. Only you can connect, but that is because you are hosting.

How can you help out the server: I know how to configure a huge range of plugins. I know how to do permissions. I can build great Events to keep players entertained. I even know a little about advertising.
Other: I have been staff on roughly 7 servers. I got co-owner on 2 servers. I worked hard for these ranks and the owners thought I was great. I have owned a server for a time so I know how servers work.
