I was going to apply 'til you said "real", and then felt disgusted after you said that.

I wouldn't accept an application form him, much less let him be my 'boss' on a server where I have 'control' but he is the 'real owner'

That, and you're basically doing half the same work of which he is doing.

Skype- I dont have it but we could make an arrangment.
Why should we except you?- As co owner I will be on daily and make sure the server is running fine. I will make sure that EVERYONE is fine and no ddos threats are involved. if they are I will remove the threatener. but if someone DOES DDos me it does not matter cuz I have a BEAST firewall and no one has DDosed me before. And I will Manage the plugins and download them (if you have Plugin Installer) I will try and monitor console. But I can ingame cause of /socialspy and /commandspy. so I wont really need to but if I am allowed to download the console then im ok.
Previous experience?- Staff Manager of Mlgsno, Co Owner of TheYoutubeNetwork, MCBendcraft and Legacycraft. Admin on Novacore and mod on WaffleGamings
Any additional info?- I am pro at setting up ranks if you have groupmanager so if you need anything doing and I mean pretty much ANYTHING then I will try and do it.

I am very experienced in being a staff i know lots of commands and i am an ok builder but all round really good staff member i could teach trial staff what to do when something happens to make them better staff members i could also advertise this server with people to get more people on this sever i have been many staff ranks like:Owner,Co-owner,Head-Admin,Admin,Mod,Head-Mod,Helper and Builder.
How can I help the community?
I would focus on maintaining the peace, assisting players in making their ideas reality, and keeping everyone active and entertained. I hate seeing people complain about being bored, and that's easily fixable by conversing with them or suggesting a new idea. I would keep the peace by reminding people of the rules before any situation became too big of a deal, and caring for everyone involved, newbie or veteran. ​
Why do I want this staff rank?
I want to be staff on your server because i see potential in it and i want to unleash it make it a nice place to be to have fun and make people who are down happy to be on the server i want to help those in need and make this server the best server it can be.
