Co-Owner Needed

Hello, I am kirbyquerby, the owner of a new server called Nous Realms. The server is a 3GB server and is multiverse. Most of the building is done, and we're almost ready to make it public. I am looking for a co-owner to help me with the server. Before people go and make stupid applications, let me set a few rules.
In order to be the co-owner you must:
Be willing to donate at least $10 a month to help support the server
Know how to upload files using FTP
Know how to configure plugins
Be able to use common plugins, such as worldedit and essentials
Be 10 years old or older (I think this is a very fair rule, though if you feel you're
younger than 10 but mature enough, please PM me your application).
Have Skype
Have a clean ban record
Now, here's the application form. It must be completely filled out- if it's not or you give an answer like "I don't want to give out my first name" or something stupid like that, I will ignore your application. Please do not apply for anything but co-owner, and do not apply if you cannot do any of the above things. Finally, please put a nice, long, well thought-out answer for each thing (hint, I'd have a higher opinion of you if you at least put a complete sentence for each answer). Thank you.

Sorry if i put you in that position but to me it looked like you rushed it.

Why you are better than everyone else (please note that this is not to see how humble your are, I want you to put your distinguishing characteristics here): Why? because i am Mature, Reliable and i put time into this application and not rushed it. Wheras the Guy ^^^ Just left it plain and Simple. I have good people skills in which i can calm people down quicker than you can say "flash".
Why you want to be co-owner: It is simply because i want to part own a server with someone who is actually Decent and Mature (Also you are level 39). I can donate around 15 a month and Advertise your server in a Professional Manner. I could also Make you a server banner that is Flash Animated. (I have an example if you wanna see it.

I am not better than everyone else, there will always be a better person than you, But i tihnk i would be good for this is because i am VERY loyal, friendly, knowledgable and fun to play with ( as well i am always constantly on mc)
Why you want to be co-owner: i want to be co-owner because it would be good experiance for later on mc servers, it would be fun, i know how to run servers and all that good stuff
