Personality: I can be very serious or very playful and hyper depending on the situation I like to have fun but when things get serious i dont like to make jokes unless its the correct time for example: i might crack a joke about what were doing when were managing plugins or doing other editing to the server etc but when were dealing with players that aren't following the rules or dealing with a series problem i wont mention any jokes. I love many genres of music and i listen to music when im doing things alone or dont need to hear other things.
What can you do to help: Im above average in experience with servers and im very good at figuring things out ive had a fully public server ran and maintained by me generally no one would assist me in fact i would assist the other admins/mods. I like to make a very fun, funny, friendly and connected server when other players message me i never act like im more important then them and ignore them for no reason or treat them bad i enjoy talking to them and messing around with them (in a good way) im even getting started on a project to make a fully functional gmod server with proper plugins and all ive managed to open the server but not yet use plugins and custom assets. other than that im pretty good at managing staff as i have experience in that field and generally im become friends with staff.
Also I have a few questions that id like to ask if you dont mind:
How often will the server be up? 24/7?
How old are you?
when can we get started?
Also i can accept the admin or dev position if im not good enough for co-owner
Other than us will there be other staff if so can you give me a breif description of how many of what kind? for example 2 mods 3 builders and 1 admin.

Ok thanks for the info my previous experience on a minecraft server is , one , I was working on one server as a builder . Two I had applied on another server for a job and they are still getting back to me so I was showing my worth all this time.
I also have more experience on a server which is that because I was going to make a server of my own I had to do lots of research on how I can make my server the best so I bought a small server just to practice on !

I have recently opened a Minecraft server and it is almost ready to be launched. I know a lot about developing and if a player feels offensed or sad, I am there, willing to help. I know how to deal with serious situations and always want to hear both sides of the story.
