Hello,
I have been working with PermissionsEx for over a year now and have come up with ranks for over 20 servers. I currently have a server which uses Autorank - Time promotions. It currently has over 20 normal ranks, 10 staff ranks and 10 donation ranks.
I am more than capable of making over 100 ranks in under 1 week. Most plugin developers say... 'I will do this job for you but for a fee' they say this then expect about 25$ for something I could do for free. I do not wish for money off anyone, all I ask for is a staff rank on your server which would separate me from other staff, donators and players. If it not too much hassle I would like a rank of 'Developer' with not all commands but most. I will spend as much time as I can working on the plugin making sure your server will be popular and known for it's ranks.

But I did say 'PermissionsEx Plugin Developer' By developing PermissionsEx I configure it. I never said I was a plugin developer, I said I configured PermissionsEx and developed PermissionsEx.
No. You said you are a PermissionsEx Plugin Developer, not configurer. PermissionsEx developer would be implying that you are the author or help code PermissionsEx. Configuring PermissionsEx isn't difficult, and the config files are in YAML, not Java, thus making it require even less skill.

You do realize that if you only know how to configure plugins and set up ranks you are not considered a "Plugin Developer"... right? A Plugin Developer is someone who MAKES plugins, codes them from scratch in Java. Really gets on my nerves when someone thinks they're a plugin developer when all they can really do is make ranks, a simple task really.
