Hey Guys,
I recently got a pixelmon server up and started on the development stage. What I am looking for now is some staff to help me build the spawn, some gyms, and other server builds to get them ready for the server launch. After the projects are done, you'll have a chance at becoming either a moderator, admin, or a gym leader. For those of you that are interested in applying, copy the format below and fill it out in a reply below or a PM to me.

Alright guys, this is a recruitment post, so I need to be recruiting staff now, but thank you for your support.

Your application is literally nothing new and could be seen as a clone of thousands of other applications around here. I don't think any owner that actually wanted to run a serious server would take that app.
There's basing it on simply being short, and then there's basing it on how much detail and effort is put into it. You fit neither detail nor effort.
That's part of why recruiting staff on PMC isn't a good idea...

I judge it on length, because if you aren't going to take the time to write a good application, then why would I choose you to be staff on my server. In fact, in your application, everything is only one sentence long, and unless their is an owner out there younger than you, no one in there right mind would choose that application, especially since your responses were vague, used horrible grammar, and your comment on how your older than most minecrafters is a lie, as the average age for players is 16 to 19.
Draken is right. You will put time and effort into something you really want. You guys will clearly not be good staff is all you write is one sentence. I really don't get why you guys don't understand this.
