Pixelmon server help

Hi so I wanted to host a pixelmon server but dont know how to make one but can build and go on servers so I need builders and someone to set up and host it and I would to also be a admin and assign gym leaders and elite four and builders. I am also willing to have host as a admin and otherwise be able to also do those things and anyone wanting to help can and will be accepted under condtitions (i am only 13 and have no idea how to set one up) thanks greendragon15 ps no whitelist and I cant pay money
