Plain Pixelmon Server

So I recently came to the conclusion that there are no long any active Pixelmon servers that don't start you off without giving you basically everything that removes any type of challenge from the game...
If anyone knows of a good Pixelmon server that you are not immediately given everything in kits, etc it would be great to post below, thanks!

I was just on MirageCraft and I think they might have what you're looking for.
They run their server in survival mode with hunger. There weren't any plugins that made it easy to get it around like double jumping or no fall damage. Im not sure if there was keep inventory or not. There were hubs to warp to but no random teleport, which I really liked.
I didn't get anything drastic from my starter kit. Maybe a few extra pokeballs and some iron tools. No healers, no PC's.
Unfortunately, where it broke down for me was the pokeloot was pretty much all gone because they didn't make it so everyone could loot it once. Not a huge deal I guess but I enjoy finding hidden treasures.
What i feel makes it really difficult to get started on this server was that the server doesnt have diamond ore on it. Not sure what made them decide on that but the only way to get diamonds is to kill the handful of pokemon that drop it, or through the ingame currency shops.
Aside from those two points which I personally consider negatives, the server seemed fantastic. Not overcrowded but always with people on. Maybe you should check it out.
If anyone has any server suggestions for ME, thatd be awesome. Ive pretty much outlined what I'm looking for in this post.
