Back story
In the far future, where space travel is an everyday commodity and the universe is run by money hungry mega-corporations, you once lived on a small, richly populated planet that goes by the name of Earth.
Earth is now one massive government, and has sold the rights to its prisoners to these mega-corporations, forcing inmates to do their work for them.
Planex, the multi-universal mining corporation has imprisoned you, forcing you to work your way out of their prison.
You have been sent to the darkest reaches of the universe, to a small planet named Xeon. You must work hard, earn money and buy your way to freedom back on Earth!
Prisoner Ranks
D-Prisoner
This is where you will find yourself when you have broken certain rules, such like xraying or attemps of hacking. Get yourself back to C by collecting dirt, in a total of £25,000.

C-Prisoner
This is your starting point when you join.
We welcome you to our server, get yourself to the next rank by mining coal and stone and by chopping wood. Everything you collect (aside from saplings) can be sold in the courtyard shop.
Price to B: £15,000

B-Prisoner
Through your efforts, you have been transferred to B-Block.
You are becoming a bigger part of the Planex community.
You are now allowed access to the B-mine, which contains stone, iron and gold, B tree farm, B sugar cane farm, B cactus farm and everything in the C-Block.
Price to A: £30,000

A-Prisoner
You have reached A-block, you are getting noticed by the wardens for your hard work, well done!
You now have access to the A-Mine which contains stone, redstone, lapis lazuli and diamond, the A tree farm, A melon farm and the A pumpkin farm. You will also have access to blocks B and C.

Elite
You have done everything you can and reached the top of the prison. You are now back on earth for the last stretch to getting free! You have access to the elite mine containing all ores, the elite tree farm, elite sugar cane farm, elite cactus farm, elite pumpkin farm and elite melon farm.

After all of your struggles you are now free back on earth! You are released in the world to do as you please! There is now only one more milestone ahead of you...

Player Rules
Do not use excessive rude language. Words such as 'ass' or 'crap' are allowed.

Officer Rules
Jailing
Jailing somebody forever will lead to a serious punishment.
Giving/buying/trading
Guards are allowed to only give certain items to people. If a guard kills a person who is coming back from mining and pulls out a sword then gets their cobblestone and tools, they can sell the items in the shop, but they can’t sell any to other players. Guards cannot keep any of the tools or items in their banks or in their plot chests. Anything that a guard doesn't sell in the shop they MUST dispose of. Any guards found guilty of giving away tools or items they got from killing someone or keeping them in their banks will be punished severely. Guards are allowed to sell due to the need for them to have a wage alongside their guard duties.
Bribes
Don't take bribes to overlook situations e.t.c or you will be punished.
Random Killing
If a guard kills someone for no reason and the person has no sword, bow or armor, they will receive punishment. A guard who kills over 3 people for no reason consecutively and cannot be opposed due to the use of infinite armour kits to use will face a severe punishment and possible demotion.
General PVP
Guards stop pvp and riots. If a guard is found not attempting to stop a fight, they will be punished when evidence is presented or a warden/eliteguard sees it. It is ALWAYS better to kill someone then jail them because if they are jailed, they will come out keeping their items and they will rage. It it VERY important that you jail on your own accord - if someone writes in chat someone is shooting a bow from non-pvp, you don't jail them unless you see it yourself. If people report someone is doing something wrong, go to that place and jail them or kill them if they are actually breaking the rules.
Sword, Bows & Armour
If you see someone with a sword, bow or armour in a pvp zone, kill them and collect the sword/bow/armour then dispose of it. If you see someone with a sword or armour in a non-pvp zone, say their name and ask for it and count down from 5 and if they have not given it, jail them for 5 minutes, +1 each additional time. The additional time resets every in real life day so you cannot jail someone for 6 minutes if they were caught with contraband yesterday. If you see someone with a sword or armour in a non-pvp zone and they run out into pvp, don't hesitate to jail them for the same time as a normal sword jail. ALL swords and armour MUST BE DISPOSED OF or you will get severely punished. Weapons and armour can only be worn in certain events and in free with no punishment.
Combat Logging
If you are in a fight and your opponent logs off when hes nearly dead, give him a 10 minute jail +10 each additional time. If the person does it more then once, gather evidence and he will get d-blocked. if the person relogs and says they crashed, dont do anything. they are most likely lying and you should tell them to be quiet and serve them time in jail or get muted!
Spam
If someone is spamming, take a screenshot and jail the person for 10 minutes. Gather evidence and present it to a warden and they will be punished if they do it more 3 times or more.
Riots
A riot is a fight with 3 or more PLAYERS (not guards) involved. Guards are allowed the option to either kill all participants in the riot or jail them from a safe location. The jail time is 5 minutes +3 each additional time. The additional times reset each real life day. Players caught saying “FIGHT” or “RIOT!” or even “Kill Guards!” will be jailed for 5 minutes and +3 each additional time, resetting additional times daily.
Hit ‘N’ Run (HnR)
If someone comes up to player or guard and hits them then runs into a non-PVP zone, the guard will give then a warning called “HnR” (hit’n’run). 3 Hit and run warnings will result in a 5 minute jail +2 each additional time with additional times resetting every real life day. The same rule will apply for killing then running from a guard, with a 7 minute jail for “KnR” (kill’n’run)
Non-Pvp Abuse
Non-pvp abuse is when a player either shoots someone who is in pvp from a non-pvp zone or a player runs out for less than a second and hits someone (or attempts to hit someone) and runs back inside non-pvp. If a guard sees this, there is an INSTANT 10 minute jail. If someone is seen doing it more than once, start gathering evidence to show a warden for them to be thrown into D-Block.
Camping
If someone is camping you, whether you're a guard or not, take screenshots or record them and show a warden the evidence. Guards can jail campers for 10 minutes on sight without warning. 3 times caught camping will get you D-Blocked or even banned.
Irritating Pain in the Ass
If someone kills a guard 3 times, attacks a guard 3 times, or hits a guard 3 times, the guard can jail them for 5 minutes after the 3rd attack/death. After they are jailed, the 3 rule restarts except they will have +2 minutes added each additional jail, resetting each real life day.
Griefing
Writing on the top of mines, putting words in cobblestone in the tree farm, taking saplings from the tree farm or creating penis art throughout the map will result in an instant D-Block when evidence is presented to a warden or a warden sees the crime. Griefing/stealing from a plot that someone has given you permissions to also counts as griefing. If no wardens are online during the act, get evidence of the person/players doing it or if a guard is around, get them to see it and jail the offenders for 10 minutes each. If the offenders come back and continue after finishing their sentence, rejail them for 30 minutes then 60 to make them stop.
Kits
Kits are there to help you guard, if kits are abused expect to be demoted. Any guard banking their kits will be VERY seriously punished.
Free world
The free world is a place where if a guard sees some armour/sword/bow they don't have to ask for it or kill for it. Guards are not allowed to attack for no reason in free since they have the advantage of infinite armour kits so it would be unfair. If, however, a guard is attacked or shot at in free, they are very welcome to fend off the attacker until they flee or dies. Guards are not allowed to use kits in free and must wait until they are back in the prison to be able to use their kit again. If in free then a guard must only take whatever armour and weapons they have on them at the time.
