Towny and PVP Are Permitted, This World you are Allowed to Build in and Make Towns.
You MUST go out 100 blocks from the middle to build though.

Town Shop:
The Spawn Shop is to the Right of the Fountain in the Middle of the Spawn.
It sells all the ores and some tools.
