Players Needed on my Server

Hey guys I was hoping some of you could want to play on my server but there is one small problem. To play on my server you will need to pay a small fee of $2.00/m and the money must be sent via PayPal and it will come straight to me and it will all go to the server. No server will ever have 0% lag. Also there are so many servers where donations are optional, forcing people to pay will most likely make them move on to find another server.
