PLEASE HELP!

Please try and help!

I really need help, I have a server and I can barely pay for it.
There is a few months and we need some players..
The server is a faction server and have like 1-3 players daily...
But they're all the same people! D:
If you know anyways to get my server promoted where more people will hear about it, please please PLEASE comment!
And I need soemthing that does not take money, I hardly have enough to pay for my server...
So could you guys please tell me how to get more players?
