Please help me!!!! [server help]

hi im making a minecraft server i want a server host so i can have a 70-80 slot server
its going to be about the hunger games i want to have 3 maps and like 60 max players at a time with all the arenas full
and then like 12 people that are either waiting spectating or admins or sponsors
so i know this idea is already taken and stuff but i want a open server that can run the games whenever and admin is on!!! and also have a smp part of it where u can have a free build and cool plugins to make the free building and pvp when the games arent on part fun.

SO NOW WHAT I NEED HELP WITH:
1. can you guys please give me a list of server hosts
2. some cool plugins i could put into this server
3. how can i make a thing where after the games i can just reset that part of the map (so i don't have to refill and check every chest and refill it) hopefully without reboot and a command to just do it without reboot or something
4. and also would there be people willing to donate to this server to keep it alive monthly?
of course there would be benefits for the donators but i just need to know if the server will be self sufficient
5. are there also commands where people can just sign up with the command and when theres enough people the games can automatically begin so admins arent required? like also it resets the map when its over?

also i a\already have a server its not up 24/7 or anything just when i have free time thats why i want a server host so my server never goes down and i can just join it and stuff

if your interested its hamachi which is why its in the hamachi section:

but its only up when its up it iwll be announced on hamachi network chat so when u get a message check it it only has the survival games in it there is no whitelist its a 30 slot server but its hosted by my computer and ya just add to your hamachi add to your server list and look when its up if it is join!!!
