Plugin assistance

Hey! I am making a plugin or my server the first time ever I want to make a wizard type of thing like different wands when you right click you use abilities but when a player joins they get something that they right click and it randomly picks their class out of some wands. I also want to add a mana system if anyone know plugins could someone guide me to get me started?
