Hello! And once again I am in need of a plugin coder!
I am trying to get an experienced coder that can code WELL

The plugin I want is going to be like this
Name: EggWars
Info: A Player Uses EnderPearls and or Eggs To Kill Other Players, each time a player is killed, the killer is rewarded money, If possible I would like a custom money system!

What To Do: I would like this plugin to have custom commands such as a /help command /vote command (I would also like maps). I would like this plugin to have maps
and have them able to vote for the maps and start it.

Commands:
/WarHelp - Tells About The Plugin And How To Use It
/WarDevs - Tells The People Who Coded The Plugin
/WarVote - Votes For A Specific Map
/WarClass - Allows A Player To Choose A Class

Classes (If Possible):
Basic - Includes: Full Leather, 64 Eggs, 8 Pearls
Donor (Donator Class) - Includes: Full Leather (White) 80 Eggs, 16 Pearls
Supporter (Donor+ Class) - Includes: Full Leather (Black) 100 Eggs, 25 Pearls
Staff - Includes: Diamond Armour 128 Eggs, 32 Pearls, 4 EggBombs

Items:
Eggs - Renamed (WarEgg): Shoots At A Player And Takes 2 Hearts
Pearls - Renamed (WarpPearl): Teleports A Player To Given Destination, And Adds Slowness Effect (5 Seconds) After Use
Gold Nugget - Renamed (WarBomb): Player Throws It And After 2 Seconds It Explodes Taking Damage From Player Depending On How Close They Were

Ranks (If Possible):
Basic - Starter Rank
Moderate - Rank Is Given When Player Gets 50 Kills
Advanced - Rank Is Given When Player Gets 150 Kills (Talks In This Color)

Informational Signs:
On Right Click Or Puch It Will Show The Player Info On How To Use The Plugin
