Plugin creater/coder/developer needed

Hey, i am the moderator on a small minecraft server (i expect it to be big soon as it is AMAZING) and the owner was in need of some help to finish developing the plugin, the server is a zombie survival server based on Cod Zombies with its own plugin and texture pack, The owner (Snipey) needs a little bit of help to finish the plugin and improve it. He does not want for someone to finish it he wishes to be involved with the developing and still have full acces to everything including the source code, i hope someone with a good knolege of coding and plugin developing would come forward as it really is a great plugin and will be AMAZING when finished.
