Looking for a "professional" plugin coder for a "professional" server. We are currently setting up a new type of server and would require a great amount of custom plugins. There are "perks" involved by being the server plugin developer.

I have already a fully functional minecraft server that has a good traction so far ( 10 - 60 players bracket ), and me and some other entrepreneurs have though of a server that is unlike any other ( that we know of ).
We need: A plugin developer / coder that has at least 3 years experience, preferably 2 - 3 years experience coding plugins or clients, and that will work on request.
We provide: A fun little community ( Just 3 at the moment ) that are brainstorming on making this thing work. We will also be utilizing the server to provide donation profits, which are shared with our shareholders, i.e.: Me, builders, YOU.
