Plugin developer *FREE* needed!

Hello everyone. I'm here on behalf of the uniqueplay network, a new network currently in its beta stages.

So i've been getting a few requests for people wanting to join my network (connect there server) and i've liked the idea, but nothing is the same compared to my other servers. The chat formatting, commands & just most things in general are just different.

So i'm looking for a developer to make a plugin that basically has all the features needed for each server, like either an essentials plugin, or a plugin that modifies essentials and other plugins.

What plugins I use on all my servers:
TabList
Essentials
Groupmanager
