About Me
Hello, I am Andrew, I have been playing MC for around 3.5 years. I have been programming in multiple different languages for some time but around 6 months ago I began programming custom plugins.
Experience
I began running servers about 6 months after I first played the game, originally I would just run small servers with my friends and a few others that were run off my home PC, these taught me a lot about how to run servers and how to configure and work with plugins. I took a break from the game for quite a long time, I was 13 when I came back(was 11 before), after that break I was much more mature and had a better understanding of how to build solid relationships with people. I ran about 4 more servers when I came back which ended up being fairly decent, but I lacked the time and man power to continue those. I began administrating for servers instead of running them, the most notable is a job I did as Head-Admin for a Towny, RPG server which taught me a lot more, I learned more about plugins, and how to be a good staff manager and keep people motivated and happy, I also began learning about how plugins worked around that time. Before I began making legitimate Java plugins, I would use a plugin called Skript which I used for about a month but began seeing it's limitations so I switched to Java and haven't gone back since.

A1 Age isn't really that relevant if you are mature, but to answer your question I am 14 years old.
Q2 Gender?
A2 I am a male.
Q3 Have you ever been banned?
A3 I will not lie about this as most people will, yes I have been banned, but this is mainly because when I was like 11.5 years old I thought I was so cool using hacked clients, which resulted in bans, as they should.
Q4 Do you work for free?
A4 I would prefer to receive compensation for my work, but I am willing to work for free if the work atmosphere is enjoyable.
Q5 What kind of plugins do you make(mostly)?
A5 I make a lot of different stuff, however, I will not be creating minigames
What Kind Of Server I'm Looking For
I am looking for servers that aren't networks, have a mature owner(s), and most importantly, a genuinely unique and feasible idea.

I would like to be in a developer role, or an administrator role.
