Plugin Developer Needed

Hi! My server is currently working on a job plugin. We need a good plugin developer. This person needs to be at least 15 years of age or older. So we can insure you're not going to be just a kid trying to be funny. Also some previous Projects you have done would be nice you can mail me or post in the comments.
