Plugin Development

I want custom made plugins but i know nothing about making one. I need someone to become my trusted plugin developer. You need to have made a plugin before because you will have to tell me what it does and put it on my server for me. The server is only home-based and if it is popular i will buy a host. To help it become popular i need custom plugins to improve our picture and thats where you come in.
