Plugin Help

Hello, I am look for a plugin that help me in chat, I need a plugin that connects to all my servers (BungeeCord) EG So if a server goes offline a Admin will get a message that says somthing allong the lines of {SERVER} Has gone OFFLINE Or Online, I have asked allot of places and cant find any, Please help ~Silver
