can someone make me this plugin i would help my server out loads.

i would like it to be coded for 1.6. It will be a pvp plugin which rewards killstreaks and gives the player a temp buff. I also need it to maybe give xp directly to the player rather than it just dropping on the floor.

only open to 20 players but will raise max back to 170 when plugin is is coded
