For my new server, that is not open to the public yet, I am looking for a custom plugin designer. I want this person to be in middle school. Very good at coding, mediocre at least. This person has to be able to make designs for the server. In middle school, and good at making custom plugins.

Lol you're not going to find someone like this "in middle school" that can code good plugins. If there is somebody like that, he's a genius and probably doesn't play Minecraft...
