Plugin makers needed

I currently own a large server (but still not open to public) and I am in need of someone who is willing to become a former plugin creator on my server. I hate just downloading plugins. What I want is custom made plugins. Now I don't mean some super simple plugin but some nice plugins. So if you are looking for a spot to become a plugin creator for a server now is your chance.
