Plugin Manager XD!

Hello,
My name is ElementalRogue and I have had LOTS of experience with plugins.
I have even created a few minor ones by myself. Still learning Java though

If you want me as your "Plugin Manager" I can add plugins, Remove plugins, update plugins, and edit them. If anything goes wrong with any of the plugins I will be able to fix it.

I will also help new servers if you are planning to make one.
