I have dealt with many server owners in my pastime that have slacked and made me do absolutely everything for no appreciation and their monetary gain. I don't mind working with such people but if you do not appreciate the work your developer does for you, then please do not bother requesting my services. All I am looking for in payment is to foster a good community all around with a custom experience for players.

I'm 15 years old.
Why?
I've been working with servers since 2009 and when hMod, MCAdmin and other server wrappers were around. I have the necessary experience and flexibility and have owned a large number of servers myself, some of those servers reaching playercounts in the hundreds. I have also worked for FadeCloud, which is still a large server network which is still up to this day.
What kind of community are you looking for?
I am looking for a server that has a good community, kind staff, and a welcoming vibe to it. I do not want to work for servers who do not appreciate what I do and are rude and indecent toward their players and/or me. I want to be able to help the server as much as I can, but remember that I am a human too and can't dedicate my whole life to the server. I will work 25 to 35 hours per week if at all possible.
Who are you?
I am from the United States. Some of my passions are competitive swimming, coding, and generally being a geek. I'm a kind person(but there's a clear line where my limits are). I know when to be serious, and when to joke around.
