Plugin Manager needed for Panda_Town server

Today I would like to talk to you about my server, Panda_Town. This server is going to be a towny, no grief server where people can just have fun and hang out. Sadly, we cannot get this server up until we have a plugin manager to help us with perms, plugins, ect. So if you are interested in being our plugin manager, please fill out the application below.

Yes, I have coded with java, and I have also coded some minor plugins, as well as modify existing ones to fit the needs of certain servers.
Are there any plugins you don't know?
This is a tricky question, because if I know OF the plugin, I teach myself how to use and configure it. So I cannot say that I know of any plugins I do not know how to use. Although, it would be incorrect for me to say that I know every plugin.
