Plugin Request *Will pay*

I've owned a minecraft server for a while and I've used many plguins. And most of them that I use I'm not impressed with. So I tried making my own, after many and many tries I finally resort to PMC.

So basiclly I want a plugin for my server, and I was wondering if someone could make it for me I might even pay.
