I am currently running a server (To-be-named), and I have looked at the more successful servers to see what's different. I saw that it was originality(Mostly)
So, I came up with a plugin (minigame) witch I would REALLY like to see executed.

Name: Team griefers
Details: 2 Teams don't fight but destroy a building in a specific area (Same building, but next to eachother) First one to destroy it completely wins. Mine for the items you need, to create tools and tnt to destroy it
Extra: Undestroyable gate opens after 5 minutes to get to the building
